FLW-ENSISe Welding Cell
The FLW-ENSISe is Amada's automatic laser welding cell, built around its own fiber source and welding head, a 6-axis robot on a linear track and a turn-and-tilt table inside an active safety cabin. A weaving lens rotates the beam itself to bridge wider gaps, filler wire can be switched on within a program, and the AI teaching assistant finds weld start and end points automatically. The M5 version adds a 4 m carriage and twin changeover tables.
