The gabbiani s is a PC/PLC-controlled single-blade beam saw for chipboard, MDF, plywood, multilayer, fibre and solid wood panels, cut singly or in stacks, and it can be tied into an SCM flexstore panel store. Each air-blowing table section can be switched on or off by its own motor, so parts float only where needed and cut pieces parked on the tables do not slide off. The SAW SET device adjusts the tools electronically after a blade change, and cutting patterns are programmed in Maestro active cut, which also keeps a panel stock list.
