WM Thermoforming Made in Switzerland
FT 700
FT 700 Punch & Die Tilting Thermoforming Machine
The FT 700 forms and trims the parts in the mould, then tilts the lower platen to pass them to the stacker, which suits cups and tubs that need tight cut tolerances. It is rated for up to 45 cycles per minute on sheet up to 750 mm wide, with an HTS energy-saving heater, high-speed plug motion and clamping force monitoring. WM offers four stackers for it, from a downward multi-stacker for lids to roto and blow stackers for deep cups.

Where it fits
The FT 700 suits a converter making cups, tubs and other deep-drawn containers needing tight cut tolerances, since forming and trimming happen in the mould before the tilting lower platen passes parts to the stacker. Sheet width up to 750 mm and up to 45 cycles per minute put it in the middle of WM's FT range, between the smaller FT 500 and the larger FT 900. Four stacker options, from a downward multi-stacker for flat lids to roto and blow stackers for deep cups, let a buyer match the machine to the product shape rather than one fixed stacker for every part.
Confirm before you order
- Confirm the bracketed depth (150 or 180 mm) and thickness (1.8 or 2.6 mm) figures with WM, since the source table leaves them unexplained
- Check which stacker option (MSv, MSvS, RS or BS) fits the product shape planned
- Verify materials, power and footprint directly with WM, since none are published for the FT series
