GN800

GN800 High-Speed, Plug-Assist, Form-Cut-Stack Thermoformer

A roll-fed line with a multi-zone four-shot infrared oven, a forming station with top and bottom servo plugs, a separate cutting station and an up-stacker, with servo-driven platens throughout. It forms 150 mm above and below the sheet line with 75 tonnes of clamping and cutting force, and it can also cut in the mould. Options include a punch station, robotic or A/B and A/B/C stacking and a product lowering system.
