GN Thermoforming Equipment designs and builds thermoforming machines in Chester, Nova Scotia. Its equipment serves mainly food, industrial and medical packaging, and the company is known above all for contact heat thermoformers, with a growing line of form-cut-stack machines beside them. In March 2021, Brown Machine Group (BMG) of Beaverton, Michigan, announced that it had acquired GN, which by then had been in business for more than 40 years.
