Heptafoil 7 Layer Co-Extruded Blown Film Line
Heptafoil lines are built to order for demanding packaging such as edible oil and UHT milk film, container liners, lidding, frozen food, meat and vacuum packaging. The layers are combined in Rajoo's bottom-fed CSD cylindrical spiral die, and a FlatEX reversing haul-off before the nip roll reduces bow and improves flatness on thin film. Symmetrical and asymmetrical structures can be produced, with a water bath available for annealing.
