Heptafoil 7 Layer Co-Extruded Blown Film Line
Heptafoil lines are built to order for demanding packaging such as edible oil and UHT milk film, container liners, lidding, frozen food, meat and vacuum packaging. The layers are combined in Rajoo's bottom-fed CSD cylindrical spiral die, and a FlatEX reversing haul-off before the nip roll reduces bow and improves flatness on thin film. Symmetrical and asymmetrical structures can be produced, with a water bath available for annealing.

Where it fits
Heptafoil is built for converters supplying demanding food-contact film, such as edible oil pouches, UHT milk liners, container linings, lidding and vacuum or frozen-food packaging, where seven layers let a barrier resin like EVOH sit protected between structural layers. At up to 1500 kg/h and 1.5 to 4.5 m lay-flat width it is a production-scale investment, not a starter line, and suits a plant that already runs multi-layer film and is scaling up barrier capacity. Since every build is configured to order, buyers should treat published figures as the top of the range rather than one fixed machine.
