PP Blown Film Machine
The bubble is extruded downward into a water quench ring, which cools PP film quickly for high clarity, gloss and stiffness in food, garment and bread bag packaging. A 360° rotating die spreads thickness variation across the roll width so rolls wind flat, and an enclosed dryer chamber removes water before winding. Winder tension control is offered as an option for printing and food packaging rolls.

Where it fits
The PP-55H suits a converter making clear, glossy PP film for food, garment or bread bags, where the water-quench cooling and rotary die give the clarity a standard air-cooled line cannot match. Output in the tens of kilograms per hour fits a small specialty-film shop rather than a high-volume commodity bag producer. Because it is a PP line, it is not the right choice for a shop that mainly runs HDPE or LDPE film, where the HPE or Eco-X lines fit better. The optional winder tension control matters most for printing-grade or food-packaging rolls that need flat, consistent winds.
