Super High Speed HDPE/LDPE/LLDPE Blown Film Machine (HPE-FS Series)

A mono-layer blown film extruder for HDPE film, with a specially treated force-feed barrel and screw, a double-lip air ring and an inverter-driven main motor. The FS version adds an automatic flying cutter and an automatic reel-change winder that follows line speed. Fitting an optional LDPE/LLDPE die lets the same line produce LDPE and LLDPE film.

This is a single-layer HDPE line sized for a converter making one core product, such as grocery or retail bags, rather than a plant that needs to switch resins often. The 55 mm screw and 1000 mm rollers put output in the tens of kilograms per hour, matching a small or mid-size bag shop rather than a large film house. The automatic flying cutter and reel-change winder cut down on operator attention during long runs. Buyers who also want LDPE or LLDPE film need the optional die. A plant chasing barrier or co-extruded film should look at a multi-layer line instead, since this is strictly mono-layer HDPE.
