Chyi Yang Industrial Co., Ltd. has built plastic film extrusion machinery since 1965 and is based in Guishan District, Taoyuan City, Taiwan. The company describes a team of about 30 people and says TÜV granted CE marking for its film extruders in 2001. Its distributors and customers are spread across Asia, Europe, the Americas, Africa, the Middle East and Oceania.

Blown film is the core of the range: single-layer lines for HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE, PP and PVC shrink film, plus co-extrusion lines with 2, 3, 4, 5 or 7 layers. Chyi Yang quotes extruders from 35 to 150 mm screw diameter and film widths from 50 to 4200 mm. It also offers stretch and cling film lines, cast film lines, zipper bag equipment, flexographic printers with 2 to 8 colours, bag making and sealing machines, and recycling and pelletizing systems.

Two Chyi Yang lines are listed here. The HPE-55FS blown film line is a single-extruder, single-layer machine for HDPE bag and packaging film, with a 55 mm screw and 1000 mm take-up rollers. The PP-55H water-cooled PP line blows film downward through a 360° rotary die head.
