About Rajoo

Rajoo Engineers Limited is an Indian plastics extrusion machinery maker, established in 1986 and headquartered at Veraval (Shapar) in Rajkot district, Gujarat. The company is publicly listed and reports about 7,000 machine installations, with exports to more than 78 countries.

Blown film lines are Rajoo's core product, from mono-layer up to 11-layer systems. It also builds sheet extrusion lines of up to 7 layers, thermoforming machines, coating and lamination equipment, cross-laminated film lines and pipe plants for drip irrigation. For multilayer barrier packaging it offers named line families, of which the seven-layer Heptafoil is one.

We list the Heptafoil, a seven-layer co-extruded blown film line for barrier and non-barrier packaging film with outputs up to 1,500 kg/h (about 3,300 lb/h). Rajoo states that Heptafoil has no generic configuration, so screw sizes, die diameter and film width are set for each project and confirmed in the quote. See our other blown film lines, including three-layer options for plants that do not need barrier layers, and the plastic film and bags industry page.

A good fit for

  • Flexible packaging converters producing multilayer barrier film for food
  • Plants that want high-output co-extrusion configured to their product
  • Buyers who may later add sheet extrusion or thermoforming from the same maker
