ML600Y

ML600Y Hydraulic High Speed Paper Plate Machine

The ML600Y feeds paper or foil blanks automatically, presses them in heated moulds with a fast hydraulic system rated up to 5 t, and ejects and counts the finished plates. It handles stock from 100 to 1000 g/m², including white board and aluminium foil, and switches between round, square and shaped plates by changing moulds. Output can feed straight into a tray-wrapping or labelling machine for a continuous line.

Manufacturer data. Options and exact configuration are confirmed in your quote.

Where it fits

The ML600Y suits a converter making round, square or shaped plates from 4 to 12 in that wants the option to scale from a single station up to double-station output of 110 to 140 pieces per minute as volume grows. Stock range from 100 to 1,000 gsm, including aluminum foil, gives flexibility to run both paper and foil plate products on the same press, and direct feed into a tray-wrapping or labelling machine suits a converter building a continuous packaging line. Given the page's inconsistencies between single- and double-station figures, a buyer should get written confirmation of the exact configuration before ordering.

Confirm before you order

  • Get written confirmation from Mingliang on which figures (800 kg, 7 kW) apply to single- or double-station builds
  • Confirm the model is still in current production, since the source page shows signs of being outdated
  • Verify raw material range (100 to 1,000 gsm) matches the board or foil planned
