The ZP-D600 suits a converter making round, square or shaped paper plates from 2 to 13 in, where two forming stations running at 80 to 140 pieces per minute give a step up from a single-station machine without the cost of a larger production line. Heated constant-temperature dies and mechanical paper feeding keep plate quality consistent across a shift, and mould changes let one machine cover several plate sizes as orders shift. A converter with lower, steadier volume needs would save with Dakiou's own single-station ZP-D400, while a much larger operation should compare higher-output options such as the Mingliang ML600Y double-station build.
