KH-800 Paper lunch box machine

The KH-800 feeds blanks automatically, heats them with a built-in hot-air generator, then hot-press forms and glues the four corners of each box before counting and stacking it. It works with single PE-coated board from 200 to 450 gsm and takes blanks up to 530 x 450 mm. A microcomputer controller stops the machine and raises an alarm when it detects a fault.

Where it fits

The KH-800 suits a converter making single-compartment paper lunch boxes or food boxes from single PE-coated board, where automatic feeding, hot-air heating and corner gluing in one pass reduce labour on a product with simpler geometry than a multi-compartment tray. Blank size up to 530 x 450 mm and board from 200 to 450 gsm cover common takeout box formats, and the microcomputer fault alarm helps an operator catch problems before a run of bad boxes builds up. A converter needing multi-compartment trays or bowls, rather than single-compartment boxes, should look at Win Shine's WS-3301 series instead.
