About Mingliang

Wenzhou Mingliang Paper Plate Machinery Co., Ltd. is a small Chinese builder of paper plate forming machines in Wanquan Town, Pingyang County, Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province. It was founded in 2009 as Pingyang Bright Paper Cup Machinery Co., Ltd. and took its current name in 2018. The company describes a 6,000 m² facility with more than 100 employees and says it has built over 1,000 machines.

Its range covers hydraulic paper plate formers (ML600Y and ML-660), automatic mechanical formers (ML700S and ML800), a version of the ML600Y for special shapes, and related equipment such as cake tray machines and die cutters. Mingliang says it holds CE certification and a series of utility patents, and it promotes complete plate lines with digital workshop management.
