WIN 800 B
High Speed Flying Knife Bottom Seal Bag Making Machine (WIN 600 B / WIN 800 B / WIN 1100 B / WIN 1400 B)
A bottom-seal bag maker that uses a flying knife, which seals and cuts on the move instead of stopping the web, for garbage, produce and industrial bags. The distance between two bottom seals is programmable, so jobs can be set up and changed from the touch screen. The operator can also choose how the bottom seal is made, which lets one machine serve several bag types.

Where it fits
The WIN 800 B suits a converter making garbage, produce or general industrial bottom-seal bags up to 800 mm wide, where the flying-knife head seals and cuts on the move and the programmable seal distance lets a shop change bag length from the touch screen rather than retooling. Running across PE and PP films gives flexibility for a converter serving both commodity garbage bags and industrial packaging customers from one machine. A converter needing narrower bags at lower cost should look at Mamata's own WIN 600 B in the same series, while one needing bags wider than 800 mm should compare the WIN 1100 B or WIN 1400 B.
Confirm before you order
- Confirm film thickness, power, air and weight figures directly with Mamata, since the page does not publish them
- Check the footnoted speed figure with Mamata, since the page marks it with an asterisk whose footnote was not found
- Verify draw length option (2,000 or 4,000 mm maximum) matches the bag lengths planned
