Super High Speed Automatic Side Sealing & Bottom Sealing Bag Making Machine with flying knife and 2 photo cell for 1 or 2 lines
The HM-1000HSE-X is a side seal machine with a flying knife that can also be set up for bottom seal bags, so one line covers both bag styles. Two print photocells let it run one large printed film on a single line or two smaller films on two lines, and a speed reducing unit slows the finished bags on the conveyor so they stack neatly. The sealing bar turns over for cleaning, and a two-motor friction unwind, hot punching units and an automatic conveyor table with clamper are available as options.

Where it fits
The HM-1000HSE-X suits a converter that wants side seal and bottom seal bags from the same line rather than owning two separate machines, since the flying-knife head can be set up for either style. Running one wide printed film on a single line or two narrower printed films on two lines gives flexibility for a shop juggling different customer orders on one machine. Side seal bags run considerably faster than bottom seal bags on this unit, so a converter whose main product is bottom seal bags at volume should compare a dedicated bottom-seal machine such as the Mamata WIN 800 B instead.
Confirm before you order
- Confirm which bag style (side seal or bottom seal) is the primary product, since speed differs significantly between them
- Check film thickness range for the style planned, since side seal and bottom seal have different published ranges
- Verify air compressor (7.5 hp) is budgeted separately, since it is not included with the machine
