Mamata Machinery Ltd. is an Indian maker of plastic film converting and packaging machinery, with its main plant on the Sarkhej Bavla Highway at Sanand, near Ahmedabad in Gujarat. The company was incorporated in 1979 and began commercial operations in 1989. It is publicly listed in India and reports more than 5,000 installations in over 90 countries.

Mamata built its name on pouch and bag making machines, and says it was the first Indian company to offer a plastic pouch and bag machine driven by a stepper motor with microprocessor control. Its range now falls into three groups: blown film lines from 3 to 9 layers, converting machines for bags and pouches, and packaging machines such as HFFS, VFFS and sachet fillers. Besides its Indian plant, the company lists a manufacturing site in Bradenton, Florida. Its US subsidiary, Mamata Enterprises Inc., was set up in 2003 and has offices in Illinois and Florida.
