CPL-1530 (Hypertherm XPR300)

Hypertherm XPR300 CNC Plasma Cutting Machine for Plasma Cutter Table & Oxy-fuel Cutting Stainless steel

Accurl builds this gantry table with a downdraft bed whose extraction zones are switched by the CNC. It is fitted with a Hypertherm XPR300 plasma source, EDGE Pro CNC and ArcGlide torch height control. The XPR300 is rated for dross-free cuts in mild steel up to 50 mm, and the CPL-1530 is the 1500 x 3000 mm size of a range that goes up to 2500 x 6000 mm.

Where it fits

The CPL-1530 suits a fabrication shop wanting dross-free plasma cutting on mild steel up to 50 mm, backed by Hypertherm's own XPR300 source, EDGE Pro control and ArcGlide torch height control rather than a house-brand plasma system. The 1500 x 3000 mm bed and CNC-switched downdraft extraction zones suit a shop cutting structural steel parts, brackets and plate at production volume rather than occasional jobs. A shop cutting thicker plate regularly should look at Accurl's larger table and source combinations in the same range, since the XPR300 tops out at 80 mm on this size.

Confirm before you order

  • Confirm traverse speed, positioning accuracy and machine weight directly with Accurl, since none are published
  • Check gas supply (oxygen, nitrogen, compressed air) needed to run the XPR300 at rated capacity
  • Verify production pierce thickness (45 mm mild steel) matches the plate range the shop actually runs, rather than the 80 mm maximum
