XKFD-330
SOS Paper Bag Making Machine
The XKFD-330 turns plain or printed kraft reels into square-bottom bags without handles, running side gluing, tube forming, cut-off, bottom opening, bottom gluing and folding in one line. Reels are lifted by a hydraulic loader, print marks are read by SICK photocells, and the web is guided automatically under servo control from a touch screen. Its 120-330 mm width and 60-180 mm bottom range cover common grocery bag sizes.

Where it fits
The XKFD-330 suits a converter making plain or printed SOS grocery, take-out or merchandise bags without handles, where side gluing, tube forming, bottom opening and folding all run in one line at 30 to 160 bags per minute. Bag width from 120 to 330 mm covers common grocery bag sizes, and SICK photocells reading print marks keep printed bags registered correctly through the line. A converter needing larger grocery sacks beyond 330 mm width should look at Xinke's own larger XKFD-450B size in the same series rather than this model.
Confirm before you order
- Confirm paper grammage range (60 to 160 g/m2) matches the kraft stock the shop plans to run
- Check which size in the XKFD range (220 to 540) the photo and quote actually represent
- Verify floor space for the roughly 9.8 x 3.05 m footprint plus hydraulic reel loader clearance
