Automatic Roll-fed Square Bottom Paper Bag Machine with Flat Handle
This line takes paper off the reel, forms a square-bottom bag and glues flat paper handles on inline, so no separate handle machine is needed. The handle unit makes its own folded rope strips and reinforcing patches from two small reels, and it can fold the handles to the inside or the outside of the bag. The AS 400 size covers mid-size shopping and take-out bags up to 400 mm wide.

Where it fits
The SMART17-AS 400 suits a converter making mid-size shopping and take-out bags up to 400 mm wide with flat paper handles formed and glued on inline from the machine's own small reels, removing a separate handle station. At up to 120 pieces per minute it runs slower than Oyang's smaller AS 330 in the same series, a trade-off for the wider bag range this size covers. Folding handles to the inside or outside of the bag adds flexibility for different retail presentations. A converter needing faster output on a narrower bag width would do better with the AS 330 model in the same Oyang series.
