Ruian Xinke Machinery Co., Ltd. is a Chinese maker of paper bag machinery in the Hengtangtou Industrial Area of Ruian, Zhejiang Province. Its website gives 2000 as its founding year, says the machines are built in its own factory and states that they have been exported to more than 30 countries.

Xinke covers most of the paper bag process: SOS (self-opening square bottom) bag machines with twisted, flat or die-cut handle options, flat and satchel bag machines, pointed-bottom bag machines, paper rope and handle making machines, flexo printers in 2 to 4 colours, and slitter rewinders. A plant can therefore print, slit, form bags and make handles on equipment from the same maker.
