TruLaser Tube 5000 fiber
The TruLaser Tube 5000 fiber cuts round tube up to 152 mm (170 mm optional) plus rectangular and special profiles, with bevel cuts up to 45 degrees. Self-centering collet chucks cover the whole clamping range without retooling, and the LoadMaster Tube bundle loader feeds raw lengths of 6.5 or 8 m. SeamLine Tube finds weld seams automatically, and an optional tool station taps threads in the same cycle.

Where it fits
The TruLaser Tube 5000 fiber suits a mid-range tube fabricator cutting round tube up to 152 mm, or 170 mm with the optional package, plus rectangular and special profiles, where self-centering collet chucks cover the whole clamping range without retooling between jobs. The LoadMaster Tube bundle loader feeding 6.5 or 8 m raw lengths and SeamLine Tube's automatic weld-seam finding suit a shop wanting less manual handling on repeat production. Bevel cuts up to 45 degrees cover most weld-prep needs. A shop cutting larger diameter tube beyond 170 mm, loaded by hand on this machine, should compare the BLM Group LT14 FIBER instead.
