LT14 FIBER
LT14 FIBER Lasertube
The LT14 FIBER is BLM's Lasertube for large, heavy sections, holding the bar in three spindles (two at the head, one at the tail) and cutting with a 3D head on five CNC axes for bevels and inclined joints along the full length. Loading and unloading run automatically by chain, with a double safety barrier so the next tube can be staged while the machine cuts. End-of-bar cutting leaves no remnant.

Where it fits
The LT14 FIBER suits a fabricator cutting large, heavy structural sections, tube and beams up to 355 mm diameter and 100 kg/m, where automatic loading and unloading and a three-spindle clamping setup handle bar weight a lighter tube laser cannot. Bevel and inclined-joint cutting on five CNC axes along the full tube length matters for a shop welding heavy structural connections that need prepared edges. Zero end-of-bar scrap reduces material waste on expensive large-diameter stock. A shop cutting standard tube under 240 mm diameter for general fabrication would find this scale unnecessary and should compare the Gweike GKS-6024T2 or Han's Laser T5 instead.
Confirm before you order
- Confirm current laser source power directly with BLM, since sources give a range from 3 to 5 kW
- Check loading length options (12.5 to 16.5 m) against typical raw bar lengths the shop sources
- Verify floor space and crane access for handling bar up to 100 kg/m
