G4020F Master

F Master High-Speed Intelligent Laser Cutting Machine

The G4020F Master is the 4100 x 2050 mm size of Han's F Master series, built on a reinforced welded bed with a large-section aluminum beam for ultra-high-power cutting of thick plate. The cabin is fully enclosed with OD6 laser glass and an automatic door, with light curtains at the loading area, camera-based person detection and zoned dust extraction. It runs Han's own Hans 1201Plus bus control with a process database for one-click parameters.

Where it fits

The G4020F Master suits a shop cutting thick plate at high power, where the reinforced welded bed and large aluminum beam target heavy-power work rather than fast thin-gauge production. At 4.1 x 2.05 m with power from 3 kW up to 60 kW, including a 40 kW step, it covers a wide range from a shop's first mid-power laser up to heavy-plate cutting on the same frame. Camera-based person detection and zoned dust extraction matter for a busier shop running the enclosed cabin near other work areas. A shop needing a smaller footprint for thin sheet only would be better served by the compact Gweike LF1390 or LF3015 models.

Confirm before you order

  • Confirm table load capacity and machine dimensions with Han's Laser, since the page does not publish them for this size
  • Check which laser power step (3 to 60 kW) matches the plate thickness the shop plans to run
  • Verify exchange table cycle time and workflow fit for the shop's material handling
