JT-50D
JT-50D Paper Straw Making Machine With Online Cutter
The JT-50D winds one to three layers of paper into straws of 5-11 mm diameter and cuts them to length inline, so no second cutting step is needed. The servo cutter uses round knives for clean ends, and the machine includes a stainless steel glue box, a tension-controlled unwind stand and automatic lubrication. All settings are made on a PLC touch screen.

Where it fits
The JT-50D suits a straw producer focused on small-diameter 5 to 11 mm straws, such as juice box or narrow beverage straws, where the two winding heads and six-knife servo cutter are sized for that narrower range rather than standard drink straws. Cutting straight to length inline at up to 45 m/min removes a separate cutting step, and the stainless steel glue box and automatic lubrication suit continuous production runs. A producer needing standard 8 to 12 mm drinking straws at higher volume would be better matched to the Gaoda GDM-30, which is built for that wider, higher-output range.
Confirm before you order
- Confirm cutting length range (100 to 800 mm) covers the straw lengths the shop plans to produce
- Check paper layer count (1 to 3) matches the wall strength needed for the straw diameter planned
- Verify power draw (main motor 3 kW plus servo and inverter) against available shop electrical service
