About PMC

Paper Machinery Corporation (PMC) is an American builder of forming machines for paperboard cups, containers and lids. Its head office and manufacturing plant, about 11,000 m² (120,000 sq ft), is in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and it supports satellite offices in China and Japan. PMC has about 250 employees in Milwaukee and reports more than 2,500 installations in over 40 countries. In May 2016 it became a 100% employee-owned company, and it received a 2022 Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year award.

PMC is known for high-speed cup and container formers such as the servo-driven PMC 2001S and PMC 2500S and the PMC 1003. Beyond single-wall formers it builds overwrap machines for double-wall and specialty cups, paperboard lid machines, thermoforming presses, die-cutting equipment and custom packaging machines.

Two PMC machines are in our range. The PMC 1003 is a high-volume two-piece cup and container former rated at up to 330 pieces per minute. The PL 300 is a servo-driven machine for two-piece convolute paperboard lids for cups and food containers up to about 1.4 L (48 oz). Both appear with our paper cup machines. Because PMC builds in Wisconsin, delivery to most Canadian plants is a road shipment rather than an ocean crossing, which simplifies importing the machine.
