About LVD

LVD Group builds sheet metal working machinery from its headquarters in Gullegem, Belgium. The Lefebvre, Van Neste and Dewulf families established the business in 1952. The group reports more than 1,000 staff, representation in over 47 countries and production plants in Belgium, the United States, Italy, Slovakia, China and India.

Its product line runs from flatbed and tube laser cutters to press brakes, punch presses, panel benders and shears, tied together by LVD's CADMAN software. In 1998 LVD acquired Strippit, Inc., an American maker of turret punch presses. That company now operates as LVD North America (Strippit, Inc.) in Akron, New York, with further support centres in Champlin, Minnesota, and Charlotte, North Carolina.

The LVD PPEB 640/61 is the heavy end of our press brake listings: a CNC hydraulic machine rated at 700 US tons over a 240 in (about 6.1 m) bed, the top of the PPEB range, which LVD also offers in tandem setups.
