Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc. is a welding, cutting and brazing company headquartered at 22801 St. Clair Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio. It was founded in 1895, incorporated in Ohio in 1906 and reported approximately 12,000 employees at the end of 2025. The business reports in three segments, Americas Welding, International Welding and the Harris Products Group, and sells arc welding equipment, filler metals, laser, plasma and oxyfuel cutting systems, wire feeders, fume control equipment, mobile power, software and automated solutions with system integration.

According to its 2025 annual report, Lincoln has manufacturing and automation facilities in 20 countries, Canada among them, alongside the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, China, India, South Korea, Australia and much of Europe. The Torchmate brand joined the group on July 29, 2011, when Lincoln acquired the assets of Applied Robotics, Inc., whose headquarters and manufacturing were in Reno, Nevada. At that time Torchmate sold CNC plasma and oxyfuel cutting tables to small and medium-sized fabricators.
