Jiangsu Yawei Machine Tool Co., Ltd. is a Chinese sheet metal machinery maker headquartered in the Jiangdu District of Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province. It was founded in 1956 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in March 2011, and it describes itself as the first listed company in China's metal-forming machine tool industry. The company reports more than 2,000 employees.

Press brakes are one of Yawei's main product lines, alongside panel benders, turret punch presses, laser cutting systems, stamping presses and special laser equipment for 3D cutting and welding. It also supplies robots, software and material handling for automated sheet metal lines.
