About Ruida

Ruida on this page is Zhejiang Ruida Machinery Co., Ltd., a paper cup and bowl machine builder in Ruian, Zhejiang Province. It is not the laser controller brand that uses the same name. The company was founded in 1999 and says its plant covers more than 30,000 m².

Ruida's range includes the steps that come before forming: roll-fed four-colour printing presses, automatic slitting machines and die cutters. Its forming machines make paper cups, bowls and buckets across a wide size span, from about 60 ml to 6,000 ml (2.5 to 200 oz), so a new plant can source printing, blanking and forming from one maker.

Two Ruida formers are in our range. The RD-230A is a full-servo horizontal paper cup machine rated around 230 cups per minute for hot and cold drink cups of about 180 to 650 ml (6 to 22 oz). The RD-XLF116W is a table-top bowl former for soup, noodle and market bowls of about 710 to 1,360 ml (24 to 46 oz), up to 150 mm across the rim.
