Ruian Lilin Machinery Co., Ltd. is a paper bag machine builder in the Feiyun New District of Ruian, Zhejiang province. Its company profile gives 2006 as the founding year and says paper bag making machines have been the focus from the start.

The range is organized in series: LSB machines for roll-fed square-bottom bags, including handle versions, LSD and LMD machines for high-speed V-bottom bags, LST flexographic printers, LSQ slitter rewinders, and separate handle making equipment. Together these cover printing, slitting and converting kraft paper into finished bags.

Lilin appears here with the LSB-330-R twisted-handle bag line, which makes paper rope handles and glues them onto square-bottom kraft bags in the same pass, so no separate handle machine is needed.
