About AXYZ

Alf Zeuner and Gary Harvey founded AXYZ in 1991, and the company is headquartered in Waterdown, Ontario. In 2018 it joined forces with WARDJet, a waterjet builder, to form AXYZ Automation Group (AAG), which also takes in the CNCShop brand. In October 2023 AAG opened a building of about 9,750 m² (105,000 sq ft) in Waterdown that serves as its global head office and as the dedicated manufacturing plant for the AXYZ router line, so these routers are built in Canada.

The router family runs from the Innovator and Woodworker to the Infinite, Infinite HD, Trident and Panelbuilder series. AXYZ also offers custom routers, knife cutting systems, material loading systems and its own control and nesting software, and it lists offices in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

Our catalog carries the AXYZ INFINITE 4000 Series, a modular large-format router about 1.5 m (60 in) wide whose bed length is configured to order, up to about 15 m (50 ft). It is aimed at sign and graphics work and general sheet cutting, which makes it a natural fit for sign and display producers. See how it lines up against other CNC routers in the catalog.

A good fit for

  • Sign and display shops cutting oversized sheets
  • Shops that need a bed length configured to their sheet sizes
  • Buyers who want a router manufactured in Canada
